Bridget Hall is an accredited chef and naturopath. After spending 17 years in the hospitality industry, she branched into natural healing modalities, including nutrition and herbal medicine. Her own business, The Herbal Body, has been established for 16 years, including consulting with patients and manufacturing her own herbal medicine. During that time, she has also worked as a consultant naturopath for Everything Naturopathic at the Fremantle markets.
Combining her cooking skills with nutrition and being a mother of four helps Bridget understand the need for healthy eating in children and young adults for physical and emotional health.
While considering herself a ‘retired’ chef, Bridget was keen to join the Armed for Life team as she also felt the need for mentoring in modern society and felt compelled to show that healthy eating does not need to be boring or uncool.
