Dani is a yoga and meditation teacher specialising in Hatha yoga and breathwork. Dani studied yoga with some of Perth’s most experienced and authentic teachers giving her a broad range of skills to draw upon.
Dani first discovered yoga and the many benefits while working in a fast paced corporate career well over a decade ago. Through regular yoga practice she found a huge reduction in her stress and anxiety and is on a mission to share yoga with as many people as possible.
Dani believes that the many gifts of yoga can really help people connect to their true self and with work can transform their lives in unimaginable ways. Dani is a mother of 2 young children and takes great pleasure in teaching children yoga. By giving children the tools to cope with stress and big feelings she believes we are setting them up for a bright and resilient future.
