Anxiety has become the number one mental health issue in children and teens today. There are many cases of parents just labelling their kids as depressed when in fact it is anxiety that is causing distress. When experiencing anxiety we can become debilitated – so we need effective measures to help manage it while it lasts (and for some that is a long time.) We talk through what anxiety actually is, and the fact that it is okay to feel anxious – we just don’t want it to hang around long term. We talk through how to manage it when we feel it, and what practical things to do to deal with anxiety in a healthy way.

How it works
