Self Awareness and Managing Emotions – Online Content




The capacity to be self-aware is one of the most important elements in relation to change. There is a reason behind EVERYTHING that we do, and only when we have the capacity to be self aware and take notice of why we feel the way that we do can we recognise why we may be engaging in unhealthy behaviour of any kind. The Self-Awareness session discusses the importance of why we need to take notice of our emotions and how to change any unhealthy patterns that we may be experiencing in emotional responses – namely how to process and express our emotions rater than reject or suppress them.

The online content has been designed to follow the resilience session run by Armed For Life in your school.


How it works

Access is granted upon purchase, to the chosen topic for 30 days.

  • The follow up lesson plans, which have been designed to be used in a number of class periods to reinforce the messages of the chosen session
