It is true that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and society’s view of beauty does change, but it is important to reinforce a message to teenage girls that true beauty is far more than skin deep. Far too many teenage girls try to get their value from how they look. This is obviously influenced by social media, movies, TV, friends and even family but is such an unhealthy way to gain value and seek identity. We need to teach our teenage girls that their worth and value must come from who they are not from any external source.

How it works
